With decades of culinary tradition behind our recipes, we’re here to serve students, professionals, and food lovers authentic biryanis and chai with a modern twist.

Meet Our Manager

Akhil Yelle, a seasoned chef with 13+ years of experience, has made significant contributions to the culinary world. Starting at Leonia Holistic Destination and later refining his craft at Radisson Blu, he ventured internationally, serving as an executive chef at Alforsan International Sports Resorts in Abu Dhabi and various 5-star properties in Europe. Returning to the US, he delved into entrepreneurship, launching successful restaurants across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Mesa. Notably, he created Hyderabad Rasoi and Desi Fusion.
